Salad at O’Hare by G gate. Terminal 3, Concourse G, Gate G9 2 people, ate at 8 pm. I had salad with ranch and 1 boneless wing. He had boneless wings and didn’t eat salad at all. Left at 825 to board plane. Suddenly gassy then, nausea…
