5 days into our holiday three out of four of our family members woke in the middle of night with severe diarrhea, vomiting and stomach cramps, lasted the rest of our holiday. did not do any excursions or leave the resort at any point.

Not sure. Probably the food Just me. Got sick for one whole night. Still not feeling well. Vomiting and diahrea uncontrollably like I was poisoned. Bed ridden the rest of the trip

We ate a lot of fruit there and got sick. When we came back we had stool samples that show we have the stiga toxin producing E. Coli

My boyfriend and I both have flue like symptoms the last day of our stay at Majestic Mirage. We both had sore throats and fevers. I was sick for a week after and he was sick for two. Doctors just thought it was a virus

Flu like symptoms high fever respiratory issues multiple family members, 5 members during and following all had high fevers my mother was in the e.r. and was told she had respiratory infection my brother was told he had the flu all similar symptoms
