Early afternoon lunch of THE SKINNY
Four egg whites scrambled with gruyere cheese, local organic baby spinach and Chicken Apple Sausage cooked in olive oil and served with our Simple Little Salad.
In this meal nothing stood out except perhaps the sausage was uncooked.

I was traveling from Ontario California to Tampa FL August 22 2017 and had a layover in Phoenix, had breakfasts burrito at Matt's Big Breakfast at Phoenix airport. When I got to Tampa, that night I start running fever and throwing up, was up all night, had to take sick day next day.. awful..
