في 20 أغسطس 2024، قمت بزيارة ماكدونالدز درايف في فوستر سيتي، كاليفورنيا، حوالي الساعة 5:30 مساءً بتوقيت المحيط الهادئ. بعد الصيام طوال اليوم، طلبت وجبة بيج ماك. بعد حوالي ساعة من تناول الوجبة، بدأت أعاني من تشنجات شديدة في المعدة، تليها القيء والإسهال.

i ate double quarter pounder meal, fries with ranch sauce, that was 12am on Oct.26th,
next day i woke up 10 am exhausted stomach so upset and ofcourse diarrhea,
I threw up after struggling with my stomache, went to the hospital and they confirmed its food poision. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء

I purchased a happy meal cheeseburger and a Coke after one hour my stomach started hurting real bad I had diarrhea and I started throwing up now in bed I called the restaurant they told me if I go to the hospital to give them a call
