Am 20. August 2024 besuchte ich gegen 17:30 Uhr PT den McDonald's Drive-Thru in Foster City, Kalifornien. Nachdem ich den ganzen Tag gefastet hatte, bestellte ich eine Big Mac-Mahlzeit. Ungefähr eine Stunde nach dem Verzehr der Mahlzeit bekam ich schwere Magenkrämpfe, gefolgt von Erbrechen und Durchfall.

i ate double quarter pounder meal, fries with ranch sauce, that was 12am on Oct.26th,
next day i woke up 10 am exhausted stomach so upset and ofcourse diarrhea,
I threw up after struggling with my stomache, went to the hospital and they confirmed its food poision. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen

I purchased a happy meal cheeseburger and a Coke after one hour my stomach started hurting real bad I had diarrhea and I started throwing up now in bed I called the restaurant they told me if I go to the hospital to give them a call
