Sausage mcmuffin and hash brown. One hour later felt nauseated had an extreme headache. And hour after that violently vomited and diarrhea at the same time! Horrible!!

2.5 yr old ate 4 pc nugget happy meal with fries and chocolate milk. Became ill with an hour or so. Threw up several time. Wanted me to rub her tummy shortly after eating, before throwing up.
