When I was eating it tasted fine but after my stomach started to hurt Really bad and I threw up in my mouth

Mac Jr. Tasted ok at first, but noticed pink spots in patty & upon looking closer, meat smelled bad. Stopped eating & threw out. 3-4 hours later, severe stomach cramps, pain, severe vomiting. Next day, stomach hurting very badly & no appetite all day. Diarrhea & bowel cramps.
