Ate a,fish filet, fries, sweet tea on Marc 23. Had diarrhea and bad stomach cramps. Had to take Immodium. Stomach still hurts.

Ate a McDonald's Fish Sandwich Monday evening, 2/19/18. In the morning had very bad stomach cramps lasting for 2 days. On Thursday morning started feeling very nauseous and now having diarrhea. Had not eaten at McDonald's for months. Will think twice before eating there again.
