Either cheeseburger from Macdonalds or a steak pie. I had 2 cheeseburgers about 2.30pm i then had a steak pie for dinner at 7pm at 7.20pm i started getting stomach cramps, then diarrhoea and fever right through until now ive let the store know where i bought the pie from also

My daughter had a McDonald's happy meal burger.She started to be sick at 04.00 after eating at 18.00 the previous evening. She ate nothing else in between.
