لقد حصلت على وجبة عائلية من سبوكان باندا إكسبريس أمس حوالي الساعة 2 مساءً. طلبت تشاو مين ودجاج البرتقال ودجاج كونغ باو وجمبري فاير كراكر. أكلت كل هذه العناصر باستثناء الروبيان الذي أكله ابني. استيقظ في الساعة 4 صباحًا هذا الصباح مع القيء العنيف والإسهال والغثيان والدوخة.…

Not sure At around 8:30 p.m. I ordered fried rice, chow mein and mixed veggies from there. I had a few bites of mixed veggies and chow mein but ate most of the fried rice. Around 11 p.m. I started feeling light headed and nauseous. By 11:45 I started vomiting. I am still very nauseous
