ذهبت لتناول الغداء 3/27/19 حوالي الظهر. أكلت وعاء دجاج سوبا نودل، بدأت أشعر بالانتفاخ والمرض في معدتي بعد فترة وجيزة، والتجشؤ والغاز الشديد. بدأ الإسهال في الساعة 9:30 مساءً ولا يزال يحدث اليوم 3/28/

After ordering a cup of tomato soup and 1/2 of a Mediterranean sandwich on 9/28 at Panera Bread, I had severe diarrhea. I know this occurred because of this meal, since I had nothing else to eat before then. Very disturbing and I'll never eat there again.

I purchased a tuna salad sandwich and I felt sick the whole day after eating that. I have been going to the bathroom all day
