Nausea shortly after eating, remember thinking the nachos bellegrande tasted different but has been awhile since eating at Taco Bell. Felt like I was going to get sick all afternoon, tried Tums but just was hoping the symptoms would go away. It did late in the evening

I went to the taco bell on Asheville hwy at around 8:00pm on December 5th 2017, the service was rude, my food was messed up, and I am currently at the hospital for food poisoning. I will never eat there again.
