Bought a salad..ate it the next day, Just 1 person had salad and got violently I'll. Salad was consumed at midnight, symptoms started 12hrs later. Got so so sick

Bought 4-$4. Ate 4 chicken nuggets, sweet sour sauce, fries, coke, choc jr frosty. Within 45 min nausea, bubbling stomach, chest tight. Made it home 30 min. Extreme diarrhea & urinating at same time. Mild stomach cramp. Fever 100.7 from 2pm til 4am. One bite of dinner…
