I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea. It was 4 days into our 10 day trip. I have not eaten 3 days and struggle to hold water down. The vomiting has eased up but the diarrhea has not stopped. The bufffet food was always cold or luke warm. Is there no health and safety in Dominican?
