I had a roast beef sandwich during lunch. Cramping started immediately, vomiting is now dry heaving, almost didn't make it home without crapping myself. This experience has cured me of my Arby's sauce addiction. No more. Ugh! | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
