Fish tacos. Served around 2pm Friday December 6. My Husband., Ate fish tacos at 2pm, Friday December 6, ate lunch alone without anyone else. Ate at home that night and the next morning with wife, she isn't sick. 1am Sunday morning, December 8, started vomiting and dry heaving. Went to the hospital at 5am after 4 hours of violently vomiting and dry heaving. Treated at hospital with medication, released 4 hours later, still vomiting and stomach pain.
