Went for a company lunch since our company works in the area . I orderd the steak and veggies . Medium cooked steak . This was the only meal I had all day. With in about 5 hrs I was back at my apartment pissing outta my a** and violently throwing up into my bath tub. I was in this state for roughly 2 days and I'm still in recovery mode . Doctor said no doubt food poisoning and to keep hydrated with pedialyte and water and lots of rest also to return if symptoms got worse.
