I attended Saturday August 5. I am vegan and the only option there really is their regular garden salad without cheese. I was there to celebrate with friends. After eating the salad I developed a severe case of hiccups which did not go away until later that night. That night I couldn't stop running to the toilet to vomit and diarrhea and had severe burning sensation in my throat. I laid in bed all Sunday without eating one thing and the same on Monday with only eating a couple potato chips. I had a fever, extremely sore joints, and vomiting/diarrhea throughout the days. It was not until Tuesday (today) that I was able to eat half of my lunch. I still have had diarrhea all day today and very low energy. I have felt a bit more normal today and hope the sickness is almost gone tomorrow or else I will go see the doctor. All of this from a simple garden salad. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
