Ate a bacon egg and cheese English mcmuffin and was sick for days after eating it. And was only thing I ate that day because I was so sick I couldn't eat anything else. Vomitting, diarrhea for days, and fever. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
