I ordered a big Carl. Took one bite of the whole burger then threw away the bread and ate three bites of just the meat then tossed the rest. Woke up 2 1/2 hours later vomiting up all the meat and clear liquids. Was sick until 5:45am then got diarrhea all day | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, آخر
