I was hospitalized because of relentless vomiting and diarrhea and stomach cramping. I couldn't stop throwing up and was on the verge of passing out. The hospital doctors told me they believed it to be a food-related illness. I ate chipotle roughly twelve hours before nausea set in and about 24 hours before the puking began (and didn't want to stop).
