I ate at Chipotle last night around 8pm. I had a burrito bowl and my husband had the exact same one except I had lettuce. I got very sick around 5am the following morning and he did not. Extreme diarrhea, fever, and stomach cramping. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
