Had a hot dog and a polish here with relish, onion, mustard, deli mustard, and ketchup. Also had a Pepsi and a Sierra Mist drink. Got sick after that. Those are the only things me and my wife had that other family members didn't have, and we both got sick. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء
