Ate a Costco all beef hot dog with ketchup mustard and raw onions at approximately 12:30 p.m. on May 3rd. Boarded a plane for California. Started to get intense stomach cramps and some nausea around 5:30 p.m. Proceeded to experience extreme watery diarrhea from 8:30pm May 3rd until around 12:30 p.m. May 4th. In addition, I experienced slight vomiting and then the fever set in. Had a fever all day on May 4th at about 102.7 degrees.
