Ordered chicken strips, fries and gravy. Got violent diarrhea and HORRENDOUS smelling burps within 12 hours. Suspect the gravy. On the toilet right now another 12 hours later, having explosive diarrhea every 30 minutes. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, التجشؤ
