Had dominos pizza for lunch (skipped breakfast) and by dinner time I was sick and unable to eat dinner. Had fever, nausea and diarrhea all night. This was yesterday 10/15/17 and today I'm finally able to eat soup but nothing solid. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
