Munchkins , plant based sandwich and iced americano . Worst case of food poisoning ever! Severe vomiting within 8 hours plus other . Lasted almost 36 hours. Had to go to e.r. for hydration and vomiting control which did not even work. Every 20 mins worst most painful vomiting ever! Fever due to infection etc. ! | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, حمى
