I bought a 12 piece chicken with mashed potatoes , Mac and cheese and gravy . I consumed only 2 pieces of chicken and shortly afterwards I got watery explosive diarrhea . It is so bad I’ve been crying while my husband tries to consolidate me with any possible medicine I can take . I have been vomiting consistently as well . | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء
