Flight EK 609 DXB to KHI - Ate the standard Asian meal. Got sick after a few hours before eating anything else. Same happened on the way back to DXB from KHI. Severe Diarrhea and Fever both times. Still suffering after 3 days. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
