Report date: May 7, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: premises has no clean up procedures or supplies for responding to vomiting and diarrhea events. Instructed manager to comply or citations will follow. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: noted stock on the floor in the rear storage area. Must properly elevate 6' off the floor and away from the wall for proper cleaning and pest monitoring.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: must detail clean and sanitize all fixtures inside washroom.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: must detail clean and maintain the ground around outside dumpsters. Must remove debris and/or litter on the ground around dumpster.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed overstock clutter in the rear storage area. Must organize and maintain to prevent harborage.
