Italian Sandwich 2 got sick, the two people who shared a sandwich. 2 other people had different menu items and have not gotten sick. Both got hit at exact same time 28 hours later- both had nausea, vomiting, severe diarrhea, gut wrenching stomach pain- in fact, 24 hours later and it’s still going on | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, ألم المعدة
