On or about 4-2-2026 at 9:10pm I went to five guys burgers. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and the guy behind the counter told me it was free. Then he asked me if I wanted french fries and drink free. Approximately five minutes later, the food was handed to me, and the guy had a funny look on his face. I thanked them for the food and left approximately 2 to 3 days later I had severe diarrhea I went to the doctor and my primary care. Doctor did a stool sample which came back as positive for E. coli. I I was issued a three day course of Cipro antibiotics. We’re four days past the three days and I still have severe diarrhea. My doctors ordering another stool sample and if it shows positive they will give me more antibiotics. | الأعراض: إسهال
