I heated it up for 1 1/2 minutes in out microwave, the center was just a little over room temperature. I normally cooked them for 2 minutes and never had an issue. But since the cheese would always melt out I lowered the time to 1.5 minutes. Within a few hours by stomach, and lower back started hurting really bad. as I am writing this it has been about 48 hrs. I still have some discomfort. I did save one of the Jimmy Dean Biscuit, egg, cheese and sausage | الأعراض: آخر, ألم المعدة
