My significant other and I purchased Salmon on Sunday night and prepared it on Tuesday afternoon. By 3 am Wednesday morning we were both vomiting with diarrhea and took the day off due to stomach cramps and nausea. We also prepared green beans that had been purchased before Thanksgiving.
