Salad Ordered some food a hamburger steak with baked potatoe and a salad well I got home with the food I decided not to eat the salad til 3-4 hours after leaving it in the to go box I decided to eat it with some thousand island dressing and later on that night I threw it up the next day I wake up with abdominal pain and diarrhea but it's not like water and I stay naseua | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, ألم المعدة
