I went to mcdonalds around 7pm and ate a 99p mayo chicken I then woke up the day after around 10am with diarrhoea and vomiting. This isn't the first time I have had bad d+v from here but taught it was a Flook | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
