I went to mcdonalds around 7pm and ate a 99p mayo chicken I then woke up the day after around 10am with diarrhoea and vomiting. This isn't the first time I have had bad d+v from here but taught it was a Flook | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
