I ordered a chicken bowl today, 14 April 2026. The ingredients were: cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, teriyaki eggplant, seaweed Wakame, corn, broccoli, egg mayo, yuzu sesame and cucumber mayo.

Had a #56 (steak) on 4/12/13 with everything except jalpenos. Added bacon, mayo, tomato, and lettuce.

我和我女儿在4月1日下午3:30左右都吃了一个鸡肉三明治，配奶酪和额外的蛋黄酱。她稍晚一些在6:30左右吃的。没有点薯条或任何饮料，只有三明治。我首先在晚上11点左右开始生病，出现腹泻，不久后又严重呕吐。我女儿现在在凌晨3:30左右也出现了同样的症状。

我买了一个简单的汉堡，没有奶酪，什么都没有，只有肉和面包。他们给了我一个有洋葱、蛋黄酱、泡菜和很少或没有番茄酱的汉堡。味道很好，直到1小时后我的胃开始疼痛，感觉有点恶心。我最终睡着了，醒来时胃痛得更厉害，还腹泻了。之后我吐了。
