i brought a double sausage and egg muffin from totton an hour after id eaten it i was vomiting for around an hour untill it was all out, then the diarrhea started for 5 days, whent to the doctors and now im taken ciprofloxacin for 5 days. Thanks for this McDonalds | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
