On 2/2/2019 I went to McDonald's around 6:30 PM out of pure desperation and hunger. I haven't eaten McDonald's in over 8 years! I ordered chicken nuggets, fries, & sweet tea. At about 4 AM I woke up violently vomiting over 9 times and I'm having constant diarrhea. I've been hugging the toilet for more than 5 hours.
