Ordered an consumed a Quarter Pounder meal which included the burger, fries and a drink at about 2:00 pm. Started feeling nauseas at about 10 pm that evening. By 2:00 I experienced vomiting and diarrhea. Vomited several times before morning the next day and feces was pretty much water.
