Ordered an consumed a Quarter Pounder meal which included the burger, fries and a drink at about 2:00 pm. Started feeling nauseas at about 10 pm that evening. By 2:00 I experienced vomiting and diarrhea. Vomited several times before morning the next day and feces was pretty much water. Felt better the next day and drank plenty of liquids to stay hydrated. | Symptome: Durchfall, Erbrechen
