Has mc chicken sandwich meal with nuggets and chips, coke, mc flurry smarties.Felt fine but woke up suddenly, at 6.30am with diarrhea. The only thing it could be is as I didn't have anything else. Not like me to wake immediately so early to have an upset stomach like that. | الأعراض: إسهال
