I went to McDonalds and got two hashbrowns a suasage mcmuffin no egg and an orange juice. Shortly after finishing them about 30 or so minutes later u started thrwoing up in my csr and outside and i cant stio. I am having bad diarrhea and my head is on fire | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, قيء
