My 3 year old started vomiting about an hour after eating a McNugget kids meal with fries, apple slices and milk. Apples and milk were both within a day of expiration date. He has vomited 4 times within the last hour. No other symptoms so far. May need to see a doctor if vomiting continues. | الأعراض: قيء
