Location: 3909 S Congress Ave (off Ben White & S. Congress). Ate chicken Mcnugget meal w/ coke. Experienced pretty bad diarreah (2 episodes) afterwards. As I threw away my soda, I noticed a dead roach stuck to the inside of the lid (originated from restaurant as the lid was closed the whole time). | الأعراض: إسهال
