Ate at a Del Taco and McDonald's and felt very uneasy after McDonald's. Did not go to sleep until about 5am because of severe stomach uneasiness. Finally pushed through and fell asleep. Woke back up at 7am to constant vomiting and diarrhea. Still has not quelled. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
