6pm on the 8th March 2019 about an hour after eating a Big Mac with bacon meal, I felt nausea. Couple of hours later full blown vomiting,diarrhea with cramps. Which continued all night, then to finish it off fever. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات
