6pm on the 8th March 2019 about an hour after eating a Big Mac with bacon meal, I felt nausea. Couple of hours later full blown vomiting,diarrhea with cramps. Which continued all night, then to finish it off fever. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
