Ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and breadsticks. Woke up in the middle of night with terrible stomach cramps that turned into explosive watery diarrhea every 10 minutes. This lasted 24 hours before finally feeling better. Had to leave work early and everything - major inconvenience. Will not be eating there again. | الأعراض: إسهال, تشنجات
